When can I expect to receive my order?

The total delivery time is typically between 4-7 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Please note: delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.
Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

We currently deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom. All orders qualify for free shipping, there are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What should I do?

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, weather conditions or holidays.

Should this happen, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our Customer Service team for an update.
I would like to return an item. What should I do?

We offer a 30-day return period.

To initiate a return, please email info@lanemonts-boutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will then provide you with detailed return instructions.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
